Aromatherapy: What is it?


Due perhaps to its prefix "aroma", a common perception is that aromatherapy has resulted in dissemination of pleasant smells just for fun ... Now the suffix "therapy" indicates that this is an approach to care - quite complex, actually - with aromatic essences of plants are the base.
