
How to practice inhalations of Essential oil?
The puffs are reserved for adults, always take the children away.
Put boiling water in a bowl, pour a few drops of essential oils, lean on the container by covering the head with a towel. Breathe calmly and deeply through the nose for about 5 minutes. Remember to wipe your face and stay warm for a good time for efficiency. The puffs are to be reserved for adults to avoid risk of burns to children.
The puffs are recommended for colds, cold, congestion or difficulty breathing.
