Vinegar or sour brings happiness

Vinegar has a long tradition in physiotherapy. Indeed, already the Greek physician Hippocrates used vinegar as a sedative in cases of insect bites, inflammations, fever, or bleeding and Hildegard von Bingen, the famous German physiotherapist, appreciated as "challenging" of the digestive system. And today we know that it was good reason that our wise ancestors of the great hopes placed in the "slop".

Today, for example, cider vinegar is a classic that has grown to become the universal panacea (as cider vinegar is used as treatment against many diseases, respiratory diseases to the dental care). And even if today the medicine still does not know in detail what elements are responsible for its multiple health benefits; at least we know it contains vitamins, tannins, flavins natural, organic acids, mineral, vegetable and soluble dietary fiber.

Thus, the U.S. country doctor Dr. D. C. Jarvis has developed a drink made from cider vinegar and fervently recommend it as "the elixir of life." This elixir of life is supposed to have a revitalizing effect exceptional throughout the body. Well, this elixir is a true "exotic cocktail" is the least we can say ... since it is composed of water, two tablespoons of cider vinegar and two teaspoons of honey. So - and toast ... ... to your health!
