Errors or blunders that affect our food during the holidays are not always what we believe ... A review of what is important not to do to remain light during the holidays.

First error during the holidays: guilty to excess

Guilt is never a good solution to the regime. On the contrary, if you have any excess food, guilt will depress you, discourage you and make you more likely to crack if you tend to eat according to your emotions.

Accept that the holidays are a special time of the year in which it is socially saw to make generous feast, you can better experience the potential excesses of guilt without weighing you down.

Diarrhea: things to do, mistake to avoid


Sometimes accompanied by abdominal pain or bloating, diarrhea usually lasts no more than a few days. To better deal with them, here are some tips.

You must drink water if you have diarrhea

In case of diarrhea, it is important to hydrate thoroughly. Diarrhea causes a loss because of fluid that can cause dehydration of the body. This dehydration threats especially infants, the elderly or sick.

To prevent this, drink water, herbal teas or small amounts of soda (avoid those high in caffeine).
