Consult Your Physician For Hemorrhoids

Prevent constipation

Drink plenty of water (8 to 10 glasses a day) and eat more fiber. So put the menu fruits and vegetables raw or lightly cooked, legumes (especially lentils, white beans, lima beans and chickpeas), brown rice, nuts, whole grains (including oats , sound, and wheat) and wheat bread. Avoid foods high in fat and refined foods, which contain little fiber (white rice, white bread, pastries, etc.).. Increase your fiber intake slowly (six to eight weeks). A sudden increase in the intake of dietary fiber can have unpleasant effects such as bloating and flatulence.

Avoid laxatives long-term

The chemical laxatives (tablets, liquid or suppositories) addictive because they artificially stimulate bowel function (however, they may be prescribed by a physician in severe cases). If you are really constipated, turn to laxatives that contain natural fibers such as psyllium seeds. And, without aggravating the hemorrhoids, certain foods can contribute to the problem by irritating the anus during defecation: coffee, spices, beer and beverages with caffeine.

Exercise
